Orders placed Monday through Friday before 12:00 PM Mountain Time ship the same business day. Orders placed after that cut-off, on weekends, or on US holidays ship the next business day.

A tracking number is emailed when your order ships. Most orders arrive within a week of placement.

We ship worldwide. International orders ship via carrier. Transit time varies by destination, typically 7 to 21 business days. International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by their country of residence. These charges are not included in the order total and are not refundable.

If your tracking shows the package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first. Contact us within 14 days of the marked delivery date if it cannot be found. We will work with the carrier to resolve.

If a package is delayed in transit beyond 14 business days domestically or 30 business days internationally, contact us and we will help.

We ship to the address you provide at checkout. Please double-check spelling, unit numbers, and postal codes. If you spot an error immediately after ordering, contact us right away.
